Share your Tamil, music, dance or arts skills with the next generation. Our volunteer teachers run classes every Saturday morning in Southend-on-Sea.

What happens next

  1. Your form is saved securely in STA’s records the moment you press send.
  2. The school team contacts you for an informal chat.
  3. We complete your DBS check and safeguarding induction before you start.

Teaching with us

Teaching is voluntary, on Saturday mornings during term time, at Southend Adult Community College, Ambleside Drive, Southend-on-Sea SS1 2UP. All teachers need a DBS check and safeguarding awareness — the school team will explain the process.
